Terms of Service

1. Our Services

AccountsBro provides professional bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative support services tailored for entrepreneurs in Finland, including:

• Assistance with business registration (Y-tunnus / Business ID) through the Patent and Registration Office (PRH).
• Tax card (verokortti) applications and entry into the prepayment register.
• VAT registration, periodic VAT returns, and VAT refund procedures.
• Compliant bookkeeping in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Act (Kirjanpitolaki 1336/1997).
• Preparation and submission of income tax returns, business tax returns (Form 5), and related annexes to the Finnish Tax Administration (Vero).
• Preparation of financial statements (tilinpäätös) when required by law or requested by the client.
• Official document preparation for Migri (Finnish Immigration Service) applications.
• Special support for delivery riders and substitutes (Wolt, Foodora, Bolt, etc.).
• General tax compliance reminders and basic guidance.

We act as your external bookkeeping service provider. You remain fully responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all source documents and reporting data you provide.

2. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver high-quality services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation in digital format.
• Notify us immediately of any changes in your business name, address, structure, or tax status.
• Review any drafts or filings we prepare and approve them before submission.
• Maintain your own business records in accordance with Finnish law (6-10 years retention).
• Comply with all applicable Finnish tax, accounting, and business regulations.

3. Pricing and Subscription Plans

All prices are exclusive of VAT (standard rate 25.5% in 2026) unless otherwise stated. Current plans include:

• Monthly Flexible Plan: €39 per month.
• Annual Commitment Plan: €360 per year (€30 per month equivalent). Requires 6-month commitment.
• Courier / Delivery Partner Plan: Flat fee of €30 per active person/account per month. Applies to main rider and each substitute.
• Limited Liability Company (Oy) Plan: €49 – €199 per month, depending on turnover and complexity.

4. Additional Fees

• Business Setup / Priority Admin: €30 – €50 per service.
• Financial Statements: €150 + VAT (new entrepreneurs); €200 + VAT (others). Processing: up to 7 working days.
• Migri / Residence Permit Docs: €200 + VAT.
• New Entrepreneur Grace Period: €30 + VAT setup fee (first 2 months with no income).

5. Billing and Payment Terms

Invoices are issued on or around the 1st of each month and are due within 14 days.

Late payments incur statutory penalty interest under the Finnish Interest Act (9.5% - 10.5% p.a. for 2026). After 30 days of non-payment, we may suspend services.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the contract is concluded. To withdraw, contact support@accountsbro.fi.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may terminate the service with 30 calendar days’ written notice. Early termination recovery fees may apply if the relationship ends within the first 6 months to reimburse actual setup costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are liable only for direct damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Total liability is capped at the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We process all data in strict compliance with the EU GDPR, the Finnish Data Protection Act, and the Accounting Act. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Amendments to These Terms

Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki. Consumers may also contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. In case of interpretation conflicts, the Finnish-language version shall prevail.
