- Immigration data: Documents for Migri applications (where explicitly requested).
3. Sources of Personal Data
We obtain your data mainly directly from you, third-party platforms you authorize (e.g., delivery app reports), and public Finnish authorities (PRH, Vero) when required for our services.

Accounting records and vouchers are kept for 6–10 years as per Finnish Kirjanpitolaki. Other data is kept for the duration of the relationship plus 5 years for legal claims.
